Configuration change from Kura

I was exploring the [configuration change control on Kura](https://eclipse-kura.github.io/kura/docs-release-5.6/core-services/device-configuration-changes/#event-publisher) but I don't see a way to process this within Kapua. Is there a way to receive or process the notification somehow?
