Handle extended id

Hi team,

I am trying to map the VSS API (Vehicle.Body.Lights.Hazard.IsSignaling) to the hazard signal in the frame ID3E9DAS_bodyControls of dbc file. It is the standard frame. When testing, it sends out the extended frame. 
I am trying to manually look through the code and set is_extended_id to False. But it is not working.

What could be the issue. Trying on the main branch.
