Add Support for kuksa.val v2 protocol

Currently only kuksa.val v1 is supported. Due to the release of kuksa.val v2 protocol we should add support for it as well. 

kuksa.val v1 should still be supported - so that we have support for both. A corresponding versioning layer needs to be introduced.
