Mock UI use discoverability feature of kuksa.val.v1

This issue has been migrated from https://github.com/eclipse/kuksa.val.services/issues/118

Now the databroker has the discoverability feature for VSS paths one could add this feature to auto compelte or show suggestions for mocked datapoints.
