[Hono] Device registry overrides tenants + credentials on restart

Although the Hono device registry has a persistent volume claim, credentials and tenants are gone after re-starts because the K8s deployment of the registry has an initContainer that overrides the persisted data with the example data.

Report this to Hono if the problem (and the PVC) originate in the Hono deployment.
