Create a notice for docker images

I came accross this issue and I was thinking - to address it, it would be beneficial to add a notice or documentation detailing the availability and usage of Docker images for these sample agents. This could involve creating a NOTICE.md file or updating the existing README.md to include sections on:

• Available Docker Images: List the Docker images corresponding to each sample agent, including their names and descriptions.

• Pulling Docker Images: Provide instructions on how to pull these images from the Docker registry.

• Running Docker Containers: Offer guidance on running the agents as Docker containers, including any necessary environment variables or configurations.

• Building Docker Images Locally: If applicable, include steps to build the Docker images locally from the provided Dockerfiles.

Implementing this notice will enhance user experience by simplifying the deployment process of the sample agents using Docker.

Just incase this is a good approach to the issue, i can create a NOTICE.md file showing what I'm suggesting here.
