Ignoring actions which come from features does not work

I have tried to disable specific SCA related goals via the workspace lifecycle mappings.
The mappings for the project shows the goal as ignored but the action is still run (as shown by problem markers for the project):

I have also set the default mojo execution action to ignore, but this seems to have no effect.
