Partner activity in the past two weeks

• Overview of Release 0.10.0
• Preparation Plugfest Esslingen
• The MBTI will focus more on use, less on further development - this will allow the relevance of new features to be determined

Discussion about future goals

• Fabian

  • wants to use openDuT in teh context of Shift2SDV
  • You want to create a test setup with CANoe and openDuT
  • In general, they want to find use cases, probably more virtually
  • Since Mercedes-Benz has abandoned Shift2SDV, it is difficult to get test hardware
  • CAN Generating data would be interesting

• Discussion on "Real-time testing is not possible" -> note from Nick: Often, only functional testing is necessary, which means synchronous testing, but not necessarily real-time

  • MOD22SDV has been submitted together with BMW, first hurdle has been cleared, but no decision has yet been made.
  • MBTI in MOD2SDV other topics
  • in the project we want to connect multiple instances/locations virtually
  • in this context, they would like to marry several (simulation) tools, e.g. connect Bertrandt's Runner to openDUT
