Servlet Whiteboard: Endpoint urls for osgi.jakartars.endpoint are not filtered and rest basepath is duplicate

Current Behavior

The osgi.jakartars.endpoint are calculated from the servlet endpoints. We have to just filter the ones, that end with our defined basePath.

Currently all servlet endpoints are taken, which is wrong.
The basePath for the rest servlet is alsways appended, which is also wrong, because the corresponding endpoint already has this segment.

Expected Behavior

osgi.jakartars.endpoint should only contain endpoints for its own basePath.
The basePath must not be appended to these values.
