Add JaCoCo Coverage Badge to Repo READMEs #1118
Description
What?
Add the JaCoCo code coverage report badge to the Java back-end repositories: pass-core and pass-support. This is to be done after the implementation of the JaCoCo coverage reports are integrated with SonarQube.
Why?
This will provide the community with transparency about how well our tests cover our code.
How?
Add badge to the Java back-end repositories.
Acceptance Criteria
Badge is added to the Java back-end repositories.
