Investigate how to run pass-docker with Gitpod

I took a look at running pass-docker on gitpod and was not successful, but I wanted to document some findings here.

My experience when visiting the login URL https://80-<your-gitpod-address>.gitpod.io/login/jhu is a cascading series of 302's to that same address. Eventually, this loop is killed as too many redirects.

Commenting out these rewrite directives resolves the redirect issue.

I was then presented with a 404 when visiting the login URL. I then commented out all the SSL configuration inside the VirtualHost from the proxy and changed the port there in the directive to 80.

This allowed the request to reach pass-auth which redirected to the IDP as expected, but because of the removal of the SSL support that request gets a 500 in the browser and an error in the proxy logs around no SSL support. This makes some sense based on what I changed.
