Perform ORCID lookup for ORCID field

What?
The ORCiD free text field under Authors on the metadata form should be changed to a lookup field that uses ORCiD service.

Why?
We heard from dryad that ORCiD is particular about not using a free form text and should be looked up.

How?
Investigation is needed.

Acceptance Criteria
ORCiD is sourced from ORCiD and not free form text
