Auto-add PRs to Project

Automatically add a pull request to the GitHub Project (v2) called “Infrastructure” (Project number 6) when it is linked to an issue already in that same project. There is currently no built-in or automatic propagation of project membership between linked issues and PRs. GitHub treats issues and PRs as separate items.

Hint: graphql implementation is available on a branch, but needs to be merged ASAP

Let's use the infrastructure label, then we can use it in the non project view as well.

As 'score' has much less 'infrastructure' PR's in current times, therefore the work is not Proportional to the work needed to enable this.
