Should SW360 remove the old feature linking 'releases' to 'releases'?

After we merged the above we can now manage dependencies on a project-by-project basis.

This requires a discussion on whether it is necessary to manage the dependency information that was originally there, i.e. shared by all projects.

Having common dependency-related information when reusing and registering dependency information is not a bad idea. However, the current registration method also creates some confusion.　

Considering the users who make use of existing dependency-related functions, it is not a good idea to force them to discontinue them.
