GSoC 2025 – Getting Started with License Change Detection Contribution

I am Ajay Swami, a Java developer interested in contributing to FOSSology & SW360 for Google Summer of Code 2025. The project "License Change Detection" looks very exciting, and I would love to get involved and start contributing.

I have experience in Java, MySQL, and Android development, but I am new to FOSSology and SW360. I want to get familiar with the project and understand how license detection and version comparison work.

Could you guide me on the following?

How to set up the project locally? (Any setup guides or resources?)
A good first issue to start contributing and understand the workflow?
Key concepts/documents I should read to better understand license diffing?
