Window-based DevContainers in Theia

From Theia release 1.49 we got support for DevContainers. That is great, but I dont find a reference or document that it supports windows container images. Can some one clarify if it does support windows base images?

Under the hood, Theia is just using the Docker HTTP API. I don't think it has been extensively tested with Windows, but I don't see why it shouldn't work. Please try it out, and create an issue in case something doesn't work as expected.
