Intermittent Playwright test failures

Since a few weeks, I observed a few intermittent test failures in our Playwright tests:

• src/tests/theia-main-menu.test.t
• src/tests/theia-terminal-view.test.ts
• src/tests/theia-text-editor.test.ts
• src/tests/theia-workspace.test.ts

I'm not sure what changed, but I think we should look into them. Especially as they seem to be all over the place and thus might all be caused by a similar overall issue.

We upgrade the dependencies recently, perhaps the new playwright versions could cause the issues? I can take a look if I can spot something obvious.
