[vscode] update built-in theme and color definitions

After the built-in extension update has completed, we need to:

• update built-in theme definitions
• doublecheck if any crucial color definitions are missing or need an update (e.g. secondary button colors as mentioned in Improve "Reset" buttons light styling in AI Configuration widget #16025)
