Consistency - Project folders

I noticed that async-api-converter uses the following folder structure

• examples
• src
• tests

I wonder whether we want to decide on a folder structure. The question for me is for example whether it should be "tests" or "test" as we use in other repos like node-wot td-tools.

Let's stick with what node-wot has a convention and go with:

• examples
• src
• test

We should write this in the thingweb repo as GUIDELINE.md file that is referenced from all other repositories. We should also move SERVER markdown files from .github there
