Compilation fails on Windows 10

The nightly jobs running tests on Windows 10 fails since Nightly #443

Unless anybody finds time & motivation to debug, I'd propose to simply disable the Windows platform in the Nightly test matrix.

This seems to be caused by a Windows platform library not being specified for the Windows build of the paho-mqtt crate.

I have tested that specifying the library using RUSTFLAGS=-l dvapi32 actually fixes the build on Windows. However, adding this to our (shared) CI/CD workflow for the cross-compilation/-testing seems unreasonable. Instead, I propose to simply wait for the 0.14.1 release of paho-mqtt which should include the fix ...
