Make BATCH_UNICAST_SIZE configurable by KConfig for Zephyr RTOS #1070

Describe the feature
Currently BATCH_UNICAST_SIZE cannot be configured for Zephyr RTOS as the config.in file is never called by the zephyr/CMakeLists.txt
It would be nice to be able to configure this by the KConfig provided by Zephyr
