5_10 and 2_2A and 2_3A - limitation for 2way - no move

for now for simplicity for 2way the delete, add differences are not converted to move, but it is done for 3way

thats because 5_10 both 2 way unit tests fail but 3way success with diffmodel with move differences instead of delete,add

same for 2_2 and 2_3 move delete, thats why only 2way A-base is failing because of this issue
