'newdata' argument in blavPredict function

I saw that the blavPredict funciton of your great package blavaan has a 'newdata' argument which is currently unused. I think having factor scores for new data based on an existing blavaan model would be a nice feature.

Thanks for pinging. This got lost in other feature development, though I made some partial progress. I will look at it in the coming days. But functionality for ordinal data will not happen immediately (it is more complicated than continuous data).
