Bug in flowGL with dimensions

[helgasoft]

GL series work with (undocumented) dataset, for instance the Bar3D official example.

However flowGL has a problem with dimensions - it throws JS error "TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '0')".
Demo experimenting with combinations of source, sourceHeader and dimensions - works only without dimensions.
Probably related to #538.
