Exploratory idea: Use pixi to package REMARKs into reproducible units

I would like to see if we can start using pixi to package REMARKs. It combines dependency management with a concept of "tasks" which maps to our usage of using python scripts which control the run of files like building LaTeX files and preparing data. There is a blog post for anyone interested.

I would like to do this sometime in the future but if someone else has the bandwidth to look into this please go ahead!
