On old Macs, before T1 chip, "Failed to set MokListRT: Invalid Parameter Error" message during boot

On old macs, this message appears, but eventually the boot proceeds without problem. It is basically saying that higher level security that is possible in later versions of both Linux and MacOS are not possible on old Macs.
