Remove dead code

[HagerDakroury]

As the browser had some recent upgrades, some pieces of code need further refactoring or removing altogether.

This issue to track them:

1. Old custom loading HTML here
2. Old custom loading code here and here
3. Mapping to ontology file (not needed anymore as we load from a url now) here
