Rename the repo & package to something more generic 😊

... for example because it may also work with other OWL files than just EDAM 👾
... and because it's not only a converter to JSON 🦑

Not super urgent, but would be nice to fix, and then release & archive. @HagerDakroury & me brainstormed a couple of avalailable names (within npm), but it still needs a decision & the fix 😉
