Desktop usage

UI components for desktop usage need to be reviewed/changed: date/time, scrolling that requires dragging versus typical clicking, etc. (Ties into the important "components to be used" for cross-device usage, etc.)

I think we will want to create custom widgets for some of these, where the custom widget will use the appropriate dijit widget for desktop and mobile widget for a mobile device. ISSW may already have some of these custom widgets, but if not we can create them.
