Claude-specific notes

  • Prefer Skills in skills/ over duplicating long prompts in CLAUDE.md.
  • For Opus 5-class models: remove legacy "always verify" / "double-check" scaffolding; constrain scope instead. See skills/opus-prompting/SKILL.md.
  • Keep thinking enabled when possible; control cost with effort, not by disabling thinking.
  • Subagent spawn: large independent tracks only; never for self-verification.
