Command "Clipboard Manager: Pick and Paste" doesn't appear in command palette

For some reason, while other commands like "Clipboard Manager: Copy to Clipboard History" appear in the command palette, a few commands, including "Clipboard Manager: Pick and Paste" (ID: clipboard-manager.editor.pickAndPaste) and "clipboard-manager.history.remove" (ID: clipboard-manager.history.remove) do not appear in the command palette.

I thought they were missing and had to search for "clipboard manager" in the Keyboard Shortcuts to confirm they were here and mapped.

I see no difference between Pick and Paste and Copy to Clipboard History in terms of context "When", so I don't understand why this happens.
