It should be noted that users must deselect "Block new public ACLs" and "Remove public access" as per the instruction here on stackoverflow: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/36272286/getting-access-denied-when-calling-the-putobject-operation-with-bucket-level-per
Otherwise the following error will occur when trying to collect static:
django_s3_storage.storage.S3Error: S3Storage error at 'admin/css/autocomplete.css': An error occurred (AccessDenied) when calling the PutObject
