refactor: Remove quick actions from Application preview

This commit simplifies the Application preview on the Device page
- Removed quick actions (start, stop, upgrade, delete)
- Removed container status column

Users are now redirected to the Deployment details page after deploying
an application, where all actions and detailed information are available
