Need for help to appear "app-service-configurable" on "App Service List" of EdgeX UI

Hi everyone, I need for help to make "app-service-configurable" appear on EdgeX UI "App Service List", which is now not listed when I run the executive file while examining EdgeX UI (port 4000).
