Publish a new release #26

Could you maybe publish a new release?
I followed the instructions in the README.md of this repo but ended up with an installation that didn't work. The reason for this is that the README links to the download of the latest release which is from 2014 and didn't work on my Gedit 3.38.1. I had to download the latest version of the master branch which did work. Publishing the latest state of the master branch as a new release would fix this issue.
