List plugin on editorconfig webpage

Currently the plugin is not listed on the editorconfig web page, I think it should be.

I am still slowly working on #3, but that needs some time, because QtCreator don't want editorconfig-core-c as an additional dependency. So, yes. I think we shall add it do the web page now.
