OFX Plugin not working on M1 Macs (at least not in Davinci Resolve 17)

The Plugin doesn't work on M1 Macs, I hence forked the project and patched it until I could compile a working universal binary that now also works on M1 Macs: https://github.com/fwachsmuth/kaliscope/releases/tag/v1.1
