Test Methodology

Test Environment:

  • Multiple Android devices (ARM64)
  • Termux 0.118.0+
  • Network: WiFi 5GHz
  • Time: Peak & Off-peak hours
  • Iterations: 10-50 per test

Measurement Tools:

  • time command for execution timing
  • free for memory usage
  • iostat for I/O performance

1. Startup Performance

Cold Start (First Execution After Boot)

Premium Device (Pixel 8 Pro):        8.2 seconds
Mid-Range Device (Galaxy S21):       10.5 seconds
