Trials incorrectly logged as Aborted

Issue: Trials logged as Aborted, though the animal stayed in_position for the appropriate time. It occurs for trials it stayed in the center port within ~+15ms of the desired time.

Another, possibly related issue, is the double logging of the in_position (example trials: [27, 109, 135, 183, 189, 303])
