Description
To run STA using the timing scripts, the users need to run 3 make targets, extract-parasitics, create-spef-mapping and caravel-sta. Although the user doesn't need to do all the 3 steps every time they run STA, I think it would be better to concatenate them in 1 target and force users to do all 3 steps to make sure that their setup is correct.
