Deck list not populated when returning to app during DeckBuilder activity

When leaving the app for a long period of time and returning to the Deck Builder:

• The Toolbar widget was the incorrect color
• The right-drawer (deck list) was not correctly populated

This also occurs during screen rotation. Fixed the issue with the toolbar, but still need to investigate why the right nav drawer isn't populated.
