Remove unnecessary artifacts

There is unnecessary -jar-with-dependencies.jar and original-.jar.

First one can be removed with <appendAssemblyId>false</appendAssemblyId> in maven-assembly-plugin, second one with: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/4088701/maven-shaded-jar-is-prefixed-with-original-in-the-file-name/8696195

Needs testing is there side effects.
