Duplicate toolbars items full preset

The full toolbar preset has duplicate TextColor and BGColor
Both are contains in full.colors and full.styles

    'full.colors'           => ['TextColor', 'BGColor'],
    'full.styles'           => ['Styles', 'Format', 'Font', 'FontSize', 'TextColor', 'BGColor'],
