Was able to make a field which is not enabled as a field to make a dependendant field logic

@sruthi-egov We have few cases where the field is hidden but its value is defaulted based on backend service contract, there can be custom logic or dependent logic on those fields, So disabled fields also gets shown in dependent logic,

For ex. if we have some dependent field based on beneficiary type then we can hide the beneficiary type field but still have dependent condition on another field.
