PGR Module - Requirement for a Single User to be serve as Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO) in multiple ULBs/ Cities

Our client would like to assign the role of Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO) for more than one ULB/City to the same person.

So the requirement is that one User ID should be assignable to multiple cities. And this user ID should be assigned the role of GRO in each of these multiple Cities.

Questions are :

(i) Does eGov PGR application support this feature ?
(ii) Can you guide us on the steps to map a user to different ULBs/ Cities and assign the Role of GRO to this person.
