DXF to PDF Conversion in OBPAS Module

The requirement is as follows:

1. Upload only DXF file during Auto scrutiny of project, the applicant should not need to upload Building Plan Layout PDF during application creation
2. Post scrutiny the system should generate PDF from the uploaded dxf file
3. This pdf will also contain the Base layer in the cad drawing which is not part of auto scrutiny
4. This pdf file would be linked to the application which would be Digitally signed by the approver along with the Permit letter

Why department is asking for this requirement:

1. Few architects are uploading a different CAD drawing in auto scrutiny and getting all bye law provisions accepted, however they are uploading a completely different pdf and getting it digitally signed.
2. This requirement will enable system generated Permit letter and Building plan pdf which will completely negate the human intervention in the final output
