Description
The Jira plugin (https://github.com/eiffel-community/eiffel-jira-plugin) hasn't been updated for very long, and no one is maintaining it properly. We haven't heard anyone requesting support on this project for many years either, so it should be put to dormant, once that new project stage is defined in the community.
This is dependent on the dormant project stage issue, to be defined in the community repo through an incoming issue.
Motivation
Not used by anyone as far as we know. Not updated recently. No new notable issues in several years. We shouldn't keep projects active in the community unless they are actively used and looked after.
