Update edition references from Arica to Orizaba

Description

All references to the Arica edition should be updated to Orizaba. Also, don't forget to add the new pipeline actor for ArtD on the pipeline actors image.

Motivation

The Sepia documentation is supposed to reference the most recent edition.
