We get very limited context and information from a failed provider pipeline run, if the is fails early in the the setup/init stages.
Ex. if there is a problem with OTLE och the RabbitMQ setup, nothing gets written to the terminationLog, as that happens "later", and no logs gets written since the logger is not properly initialized until "later".
