More verbose error messages for blocklist format errors #58
Description
More human-readable error messages would help people diagnose problems with getting fediblockhole set up.
See #57 for an example of the challenge.
We want to make it as obvious as possible what went wrong, where. And also how to fix it, if we can.
Using computers is hard enough. Let's not create new mysteries and puzzles we don't need. That is the opposite of progress.
